Shelly LaTreill is a life-long artist, located in scenic Bedford Virginia, with over 18 years experience in the art of stained glass. Everything created at SER Art is a high quality, one-of-a-kind piece of art. With your contribution to the finished piece it is sure to bring a personal touch to your home or business. She provides services for commercial and residential stained glass pieces. Shelly also offers commissioned services in portrait and landscape painting. Shelly's love for the visual arts and her unique abilities are leading her in an exciting career. From the time she was able to hold a pencil she has been creating. Her formal training in Stained Glass began in 1992, at Brennan's Stained Glass Studio in Syracuse, New York. She was a quick study at cutting , building and repair work then in 1994 she became Art Director.

.This promotion added designing pieces and painting on glass to her expanding repertoire. She would spend the next six years honing her extraordinary skills, working with kitchen and interior designers as well as builders and architects to add stained glass to their projects. In 2000, Shelly moved to Bedford, Virginia and opened SER Art Gallery & Studio. Over the past years her work has been sold to clients throughout the United State and around the world. In addition to stained glass, her work still includes oils, watercolors, pencil and a combination of these mediums. She has also been featured in several publications. "Working for myself," she states, "there are NO BOUNDARIES! Any ideas brought my way can be produced." With years of experience working with stained glass and a life time in the fine arts, she is ready to take your next idea and transform it into a unique piece of art to enhance your home, office or church.
